Our Method
How We Teach
Document Familiarisation
We begin by walking through the structure of a policy document — what each section contains, where to find the clauses that matter, and how exclusions are typically worded. No assumptions about prior knowledge.
Guided Application
Participants bring their own policy documents to each session and work through them using the structured checklists and reading guides provided. The instructor is there to clarify, not to dictate.
Private Consultation
Every programme ends — or includes along the way — a one-on-one session with a licensed financial adviser. This is where the general learning becomes specific to your household situation.
Sessions are conducted in English. Reference materials in Bahasa Malaysia are available on request. All webinars are hosted on a stable platform accessible via browser — no additional software required.

What Every Course Includes
Secure Participant Data Handling
All personal information shared during consultations or enrolment is handled under Malaysia's PDPA 2010 and never shared with insurers or third-party marketing parties.
Plain-Language Delivery
Every concept introduced in our courses is explained in plain English before any industry term is used. Glossaries accompany all printed materials.
Printed Materials Provided
Checklists and worksheets are posted to participants before the first session. We find that working with printed documents improves comprehension when reviewing physical policy files.
Current Content
Course materials are reviewed annually against Bank Negara circulars and industry guidance. The 2025 cohort materials reflect the current co-payment structures and standardised CI definitions.
Manageable Session Length
Evening webinars are kept to 90 minutes with a short break. We do not extend sessions beyond this window, so working adults can plan their evenings with confidence.
Between-Session Support
Participants can send questions by email between sessions. We respond within one working day. For urgent clarifications, a phone line is available during our standard working hours.
